Public meetings were held throughout 2014 and City Council adopted a final report at its meeting on August 25, 2014, which has subsequently been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) (case number: PL141134). The OMB Hearing is currently scheduled for May 2016 and the City will be in attendance to defend the study recommendations.
