Thanks to everyone who came out and participated in the Seaton Village Residents’ Association 2009 Annual General Meeting. It was wonderful to have so many enthusiastic presenters and neighbours meeting together, discussing about the exciting developments of our park, Vermont Square.
A very special thanks to Adam Vaughan (Ward 20 Councillor for the City of Toronto) for presenting on the city funding for the development of Vermont Square and to Jutta Mason (Founder of Friends of Duferin Grove) for discussing what the changes can mean for our community. Additional thanks to Esther Levin (Constituency Assistant for Toronto District School Board Trustee Chris Bolton, Ward 10) for generously providing Palmerston Public School as the venue for the AGM and to Dale Duncan Constituency Assistant to City Councillor Adam Vaughan) who worked so hard to bring the meeting together. Final thanks to Marcus Rochefort (Assistant to Rosario Marchese, Member of Provincial Parliament, Trinity-Spadina) and to Kerry-Ann Taylor (Assistant to Olivia Chow, Member of Parliament) for supporting our community on the provincial and federal levels of government.
